Graphing window on ListPlot?

I'm trying to do a ListPlot of a bunch of data points, all of which are between 0.999700 and 0.999773. The ListPlot command yields a graphics window with y-min=-5 and y-max=5. When I try to change those values and plot again, it gives me the same output. I can't seem to get the range on the vertical axis to be appropriate to the data. Any suggestions?

You can also double tap the plot. That expands it to full screen on my phone and then I can drag, pinch and zoom until I get the zooming level and position of axes I want. To go back, double tap the plot window again.
The double tapping has to be fast, my phone doesn't register it if it's too slow.
