Dsolve

Would it be possible to simplify the entry of information so that Dsolve would respond to something like-
Dsolve( y'=x/2+y, y(x), y(0)=1) ?
Wolfram Alpha does well with this, but sometimes I am not online and can't use it.
SpaceTime 4.0 on my IPod Touch is one of the most remarkable mathematical
programs I have ever used. It is an absolute gem.
